Jason joined CINC in 2014 and assumed the Co-CEO role in January 2017. He is responsible for development of human capital, client satisfaction and the overall revenue growth of the company. Jason's background is primarily in the digital arena, where he has worked for some of the fastest growing companies in the country. Prior to joining CINC, Jason served as the VP of Sales at ThomasNet and was the Senior VP & Group Publisher at Best Media Group. He also worked at Headhunter.net (acquired by CareerBuilder) and KnowledgeStorm (acquired by TechTarget). Jason is a graduate of the University of Memphis and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising.
Alvaro assumed the Co-CEO role in January 2017 after joining CINC in January 2016 as Chief Operating Officer. He is responsible for product development, operations and long term growth of the company. A serial entrepreneur, Alvaro started his first business at 17 and has more than 20 years of experience running and advising high growth companies. Prior to joining CINC, Alvaro was Vice President of Operations at Serent Capital, and before that he led strategy consulting teams for Bain and Co. Alvaro has an Engineering degree from UCA, has completed the CFA curriculum, and holds an MBA from Stanford graduate school of business.
Chad joined CINC in 2013 and is responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of CINC platform features, system scalability and performance, and general technology mojo. Born in Pennsylvania and raised in Georgia, Chad has been programming since elementary school and loves exploring technology. His passions include spending time with his wife and three boys, a good hockey game, and software development (of course).
Chad holds a Master's degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, both from Kennesaw State University.
Dan leads the strongest real estate lead generation team ever assembled. The team delivers the industry's best cost per lead, using Google, Facebook and other channels to support over 2,000 satisfied CINC clients.
Dan has more than 16 years of experience in search marketing and online advertising, mostly developing SEM lead generation programs for startups. He joined CINC in 2012, when he launched the online advertising department he continues to lead.
Dan earned a BA in Economics from American University and an MBA in eCommerce Marketing from Vanderbilt. When not looking at his Google account, he's usually found with his wife and two kids floating in a pool or talking about Vandy football.
Steve is responsible for the client experience at CINC. This includes onboarding, training, MasterMinds, CINC Summit, and the daily experience of each CINC family member.
Steve’s background includes changing the culture of a Fortune 300 real estate related organization with over 2,200 sales executives by identifying, creating, developing, and implementing “value ad” sales solutions. Steve has 40 years of experience in real estate and over 25 years in technology sales and service.
Steve and his wife Lori have been married for forty years. The have three wonderful daughters and six amazing grandchildren.
A 'hands on' CFO with over 25 years of experience and a track record of improving profitability, cash flow, and operations, Larry joined CINC in 2015. Larry has worked with technology companies with revenue ranging from $8M to over $100M.
Larry began his career with a Big Four accounting firm and served as CFO for several private-equity backed portfolio companies. He has been particularly successful going into entrepreneurial companies and implementing processes and controls to enable managed growth.
A native of Atlanta, Larry graduated from the University of Georgia and holds an active CPA license.
Kyle (“KB”) joined CINC in 2014 and is responsible for sustaining and evolving key relationships within the CINC community and other strategic partnership opportunities. KB began his career in radio as an Account Executive and on air personality, and later became Manager of West Coast Sales at Turner Broadcasting. A native of Los Angeles, KB is a die-hard Lakers, Raiders, and Dodgers fan; with love for the Braves and Atlanta United. KB is a graduate of Morehouse College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing and holds an MBA in Strategic Marketing.
Mike joined CINC in 2015and is responsible for managing the Product Management and Design teams. He also oversees the product vision, strategy, development process for both the client and consumer areas of the business. Prior to joining CINC, Mike served as Product Director at CareerBuilder where he worked closely with the global consumer teams.
Originally from the Buffalo, NY area, Mike holds a MBA from the University at Buffalo.
A recognized thought leader in the real estate industry for over twenty years, LeGate conceived and co-founded CINC in 2011. This is the third company LeGate has launched from concept to major success.
Earlier in his career, LeGate correctly forecast multiple national real estate events, including in 2005 when he went on the record and not only predicted the real estate crash, but specifically identified the areas that would be hit the hardest. A frequent contributor to CNN Money, LeGate has also been featured in Forbes, Fortune, and hundreds of other publications. LeGate attended Valdosta State University and currently lives in Tampa, Florida.
Brian designed and launched the technology operations program for CINC. Prior to his role in founding the company, Brian was lead software architect and senior application developer at CDC Software and CareerBuilder.com.
Previously, Brian worked with cutting edge mobile phone development for Panasonic in the late 1990s. He led teams that built and integrated contact management systems for mobile devices with client software such as Microsoft Outlook and other PIM software.
Matt created the software architecture behind CINC’s platforms. Before joining CINC, he was the CTO at HBN Interactive and Director of Marketing Technologies at CareerBuilder.com, where he served for over eight years. Matt worked to develop emerging partnerships with companies such as Disney and Facebook in addition to SEO initiatives.
He also served as a Sr. Software Engineer with CareerBuilder and architected solutions to notify over 20M job seekers per month of new jobs available on CareerBuilder.com. Previously, Matt was a consultant with Accenture and led development efforts with clients such as Bank of America, AT&T, and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency.
