Duane LeGate


Duane LeGate is a co-founder and the CEO of Commissions Inc (CINC).

LeGate a serial entrepreneur, has been seen as a thought leader within the real estate industry for 20+ years. His current company, Commissions Inc (CINC), is the fastest growing real estate company to ever exist. This is the third company LeGate has launched from concept to major success.

Earlier in his career, LeGate correctly forecast multiple national real estate events, including in 2005 when he went on the record and not only predicted the real estate crash, but specifically identified the areas that would be hit the hardest. A frequent contributor to CNN Money, LeGate has also been featured in Forbes, Fortune, and hundreds of other publications. LeGate attended Valdosta State University and current lives in Marietta, Georgia.

Jason Hoback


Jason joined CINC as President in June 2014. He is responsible for development of human capital, client satisfaction and the over all revenue growth of the company. Jason's background is primarily in the digital arena, where he has worked for some of the fastest growing companies in the country. Jason’s prior experience includes positions as the VP of Sales at ThomasNet and Senior VP & Group Publisher at Best Media Group. He also worked at Headhunter.net (acquired by CareerBuilder) and KnowledgeStorm (acquired by TechTarget). Jason is a graduate of the University of Memphis and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising.

Brian O'Neal

Chief Technology Officer

Brian joined Commissions Inc. in December 2010 to oversee Technology Operations. Prior to Commissions Inc, Brian was lead software architect and senior application developer at CDC Software and CareerBuilder.com.

Previously, Brian worked with cutting edge mobile phone development for Panasonic in the late 1990's. He led teams that both built and integrated contact management systems for mobile devices with client software such as Microsoft Outlook and other PIM software.

Matthew Swanson

Chief Software Architect

Matthew Swanson joined Commissions Inc.. in December 2010 as Chief Software Architect. Before joining Commissions Inc.. he was the CTO at HBN Interactive. Prior to HBN, Matthew was the Director of Marketing Technologies at CareerBuilder.com, where he served for over eight years. Matthew worked to develop emerging partnerships with companies such as Disney and Facebook in addition to SEO initiatives.

He also served as a Sr. Software Engineer with CareerBuilder and architected solutions to notify over 20M job seekers per month of new jobs available on CareerBuilder.com. Previously, Matthew was a consultant with Accenture and lead development efforts with clients such as Bank of America, AT&T, and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, the Administrator of National Banks in the United States.

Alvaro Erize

Chief Operating Officer

Alvaro Joined CINC in January 2016 as Chief Operating Officer. With more than 15 years running and advising high growth companies, he has both led startups into established, successful, businesses and helped fortune 500 companies set and implement high growth strategies. A serial entrepreneur, Alvaro started his first business at 17 and has founded/ran 100+ person companies in Argentina. He later joined Bain and Co. where he led consulting teams in Strategy and Operational optimization projects. Prior to joining CINC, Alvaro was Vice President of Operations at Serent Capital, where he partnered with portfolio management teams to fuel accelerated growth. Alvaro has completed the CFA curriculum and holds an MBA from Stanford graduate school of business, where he graduated Arjay Miller Scholar (top 10% of class).

Larry Brown

Chief Financial Officer

Larry joined Commissions, Inc. in July 2015 as Chief Financial Officer. Larry is a 'hands on' CFO with over 25 years of experience and a track record of improving profitability, cash flow, and operations. He has been particularly successful going into entrepreneurial companies and implementing processes and controls enabling managed growth. Not only is Larry experienced working as a CFO for several private-equity backed portfolio companies, but he has also worked at a private equity firm. He began his career with a Big Four CPA firm. Larry has worked with technology companies with revenue ranging from $8M to over $100M. A native of Atlanta, Larry graduated from the University of Georgia and holds an active CPA license.

Brendan Sweeney

VP of Consumer Product & Marketing

Brendan Sweeney joined Commissions Inc in October 2014 as VP of Consumer Product and Marketing. Brendan is responsible for developing user acquisition programs and new feature functionality to attract and engage consumers for desktop, mobile web and mobile app platforms.

Prior to joining Commissions Inc, Brendan served as VP of Product Development EMEA for CareerBuilder. His responsibilities included user acquisition, consumer product development and acquisition integration across 25 sites in 18 languages. He has over 15 years of experience in the fields of marketing and product management.

Brendan holds a Global MBA from Georgia Tech and a BS in Communication from Kennesaw State University.

Chad Coombs

VP of Technology

Chad joined Commissions Inc in October of 2013 and is responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of CINC platform features. Chad has been programming since elementary school and loves exploring technology. His passions include spending time with his wife and three boys, a good hockey game, and software development (of course).

Chad holds a Master's degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, both from Kennesaw State University.

Megan Spray

VP of Training, GM of Appointments Inc

Megan Spray joined Commissions Inc. in February 2014. Prior to Commissions Inc., Megan worked closely in the real estate industry and understands many of the nuances that occur on a day to day basis. Although a Graphic Designer by trade, she is well versed in Instructional Design as well as Large Media Communications with a Bachelor of Science in Multimedia Design. Exposed to many of the leading marketers in the internet world, she is also very knowledgable in conversion and marketing strategies to help convert any type of buyer from a prospect to a raving fan.

Megan brings a large range of skills to the table from her understanding and talent in the marketing and design field to systems and process organization from an operations standpoint. Although she has her hands on both ends of the spectrum, she enjoys the challenge and is excited to be a part of the team at Commissions Inc.

Todd Lundberg

VP of Client Services

Todd Lundberg joined Commissions Inc. as Vice President and General Manager in January 2015. He is responsible for the overall leadership, growth, business development and innovation within the Appointments Inc. division. Appointments Inc. is a service-based division of Commissions Inc. that offers affordable outsourced ISA services to our CINC clients.

Todd’s background is centered around technology and he has helped various start-ups and emerging technology companies develop go to market strategies and quickly grow revenues.

Todd started his career in the engineering design software and system integration industry. He has held senior leadership positions including Headhunter.net (Careerbuilder), AOL Time Warner and multiple software and technology start-up companies.

Todd is a graduate from Valdosta State University and holds two B.B.A’s in Marketing and Management.

Kyle Butts

VP of Sales

Kyle aka 'KB' is a Los Angeles native who recently relocated (for the second time) to the Atlanta area. KB was a manager of west coast sales at Turner Broadcasting and later started his own marketing business. His favorite pastime is watching football and sipping on hoppy libations. To relieve his frustration as a Raiders fan, you can catch him at the gym or swinging from building-to-building fighting crime. Now that his secret identity has been revealed, he enjoys date nights with his wife, and game nights with their three children. KB is a graduate of Morehouse College, and holds an MBA from Clark Atlanta University.

Dan Lott

VP of Client Marketing

Dan is responsible for making sure that clients get absolutely the most high-quality leads as is physically and metaphysically possible, using SEO, PPC, and SEM and whatever new acronyms come next. Although he works with the Internet, to the continued surprise and dismay of his wife and mother-in-law, he does not fix computers for a living. When not looking at his Google account, he's usually found with his wife and two kids floating in a pool or talking about Vandy football.
